This role provides an opportunity to work directly with customers, helping optimise fleet performance, improve operational efficiency and maximise the value of technology investments across mine sites.

As a MineStar Onboard Specialist , you will be responsible for supporting the deployment, optimisation and ongoing performance of MineStar onboard technologies across customer operations. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with site personnel, maintenance teams, dispatch operators and mine leadership to ensure MineStar systems deliver maximum operational value. You will play a key role in troubleshooting complex technical issues, driving system improvements, supporting technology adoption and ensuring customers achieve their productivity, safety and operational objectives.

Provide technical expertise and support for MineStar onboard systems across customer mining operations. Assist with implementation, configuration, commissioning and optimisation of MineStar technologies. Conduct system health checks, performance analysis and troubleshooting activities. Work closely with customers to identify opportunities to improve fleet utilisation, productivity and technology adoption. Support change management initiatives and promote best practices for MineStar system usage. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues involving onboard hardware, software and communications systems. Deliver training and coaching to site personnel on MineStar functionality and operational workflows. Gather and communicate customer feedback to support continuous product improvement. Collaborate with internal engineering, support and product teams to resolve customer challenges. Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and technical consultation. Travel to customer sites as required to support operational requirements.

Experience supporting mining technology, fleet management systems or operational technology solutions within the mining industry. Strong understanding of mining operations, mobile equipment and fleet management processes. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting technical systems in a mining or heavy industrial environment. Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to safety, customer service and operational excellence. Highly Regarded Experience with Caterpillar MineStar™ solutions. Knowledge of Fleet, Terrain, Detect, Health or Command technologies. Experience supporting Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS), Fleet Management Systems (FMS) or related mining technologies. Background in Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology or a related discipline. Experience working on operational mine sites within production, maintenance or technology environments.

Perth-based position with regular travel to mine sites on an 8/6 roster. Domestic relocation maybe offered to the ideal candidate. Opportunity to work with leading mining organisations and advanced mining technologies. Visa sponsorship is not
