As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead and evolve a portfolio of mission-critical programs supporting Lam’s Software Key systems and lifecycle management, MyLam’s Closed-Loop Accountability (CLA), and CCI governance alignment. In this single-threaded owner role, you will ensure that software entitlements, critical technical communications, and customer-facing information are delivered accurately, tracked effectively, and managed in compliance with enterprise policies. You will also provide the leadership needed to quickly assume ownership of existing global programs, maintain continuity, and drive strategic improvements. What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs across Global Field Operations, Product Engineering, and Customer Support. Own program roadmaps, milestones, risks, and cross-functional alignment. Deliver structured program reviews, executive updates, and performance reporting. Govern software key lifecycle processes, including:
Feature enablement and release coordination Change control (POA processes) Cross-functional approvals and readiness
Drive system modernization initiatives (e.g., cloud migration, platform upgrades, performance improvements). Own and drive execution of the MyLam Closed-Loop Accountability (CLA) system, including individual accountability as well as customer communication accountability. Ensure that critical technical product information is released, acknowledged, and tracked within the defined times, and to ensure global stakeholders adhere to escalation, compliance, and acknowledgement policies. Drive accountability through KPI monitoring, escalation management of non-compliance, quarterly business reviews, and executive reporting. Lean continuous improvement of MyLam workflows, reporting, process documentation, and policy alignment. Maintain and evolve process documentation and business requirements and workflow specifications. Deliver executive level reporting and program updates using data driven insights and recommendations with clarity and precision. Identify systemic gaps and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardized best practices. Who we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience. 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, with strong leadership and influencing skills to drive results. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions that enable the successful implementation of technical, process, or operational changes. Strong knowledge of business process development, process controls, and aligning work execution with organizational objectives. Experience leveraging AI, Generative AI, or automation technologies to optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation. Proven ability to identify AI-enabled opportunities, lead implementation efforts, and drive adoption across cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of how emerging AI tools can be applied to enhance program execution, decision-making, reporting, and workflow efficiency. Preferred qualifications
Experience in the semiconductor industry or working with global suppliers is a plus. Strong understanding of program management methodologies, with experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) processes. Relevant
