As a full-time employee in the FIS University Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success. This two-year full-time program begins 2027 with a series of AI-Enabled Learning Sprints designed to help you accelerate your impact from day one. Through this immersive experience, you will: Learn how to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve real business challenges and create value in your role. Explore the financial technology industry, gain insight into FIS's business, and understand how innovation is shaping the future of fintech. Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work. Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.

Analytics & AI teams together professionals across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Data Science to solve complex business problems, improve decision-making, and identify opportunities for innovation. Team members work closely with product, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to analyze data, automate processes, develop predictive capabilities, and uncover insights that help shape the future of financial technology.

Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate insights to business stakeholders. Assist with data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable and accurate analysis. Support analytics, machine learning, or AI initiatives by preparing data, testing models, and documenting results and methodologies. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study including but not limited to Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
