Instead,  we’ll  provide you with  ex per t  training to problem  solvers  for our customers.  You’ll  bring your unique  per sonality to every customer conversation and deliver the exceptional support ex per ience our customers love.       What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?    As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have  a very clear  purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers.  You’ll  be the first point of contact for U.S. based Bilingual (English/Spanish) customers by answering their requests through phone,  chat  and/or email – this includes everything from order, delivery, and product questions to payment mat ter s and website guidance. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, re sea rch, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with in ter nal and ex ter nal customers and Amazon business partners. You will also  be responsible for  gathering intelligence to prevent any potential issues that may  impact  customer ex per ience and delivery  per formance.       What are your hours?    This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will workday/late shifts and your work week is minimum  40 hours , for example: 5x8hrs  to  match our customer demand . We  schedule based on a variety of different shift pat ter ns  o per ating  within 24 hours Monday to Sunday. You may  be required  to  work  national holidays and will be compensated accordingly.
