Standard Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Associate Manager to support workforce planning, culture & development. You will work directly with Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Operational Transformation & Affordability Senior Managers and play a critical role in shaping the success of our departments as we continue to grow rapidly. The ideal candidate possesses proven leadership experience, a deep understanding of departmental operations, and the ability to influence and support others through recruitment, coaching, development, and disciplined performance management. As the Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for driving team culture, providing tools for other leaders to be successful, and ensuring we have the right people and resources to deliver on our goals. Your other key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Organizational workforce planning Manpower forecasting Recruiting support Budget alignment Employee development You will partner closely with departmental leaders to enhance team performance, build a strong culture of accountability and collaboration, and ensure that our people strategy is aligned with operational objectives. You'll play a critical role in driving our department's success. Basic Qualifications Direct line leader experience Functional Leadership experience Talent development and mentoring/coaching abilities Ability to work within cross-functional groups, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various teams and stakeholders Desired Skills Proficient with MS Office suite Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and concise language Ability to analyze data and present findings tailored to various audiences Experience implementing a project from start to finish, including planning, execution, and evaluation Knowledge of multiple programs within Camden Operations Demonstrated ability to coach, advise, and influence leaders at multiple levels of an organization Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $94400.00 - $175200.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
