About The Team: The LIVE Operations team is dedicated to optimising all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetisation, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Incentivise Campaign setup and execution; overall campaign GTM delivery. - Creator communications; H5 setup and scheduling. - Push notifications and in-app notices. - Reward validation and issuance. - Campaign monitoring, results tracking and post-campaign recap reports. - Operational coordination with relevant stakeholders. - Support creator sourcing and recruitment initiatives; launch recruitment activities and campaigns. - Create and schedule H5 pages; coordinate push notifications and in-app notices. - Maintain recruitment trackers; support creator onboarding. - Develop and manage a creator-to-creator referral programme. - Report recruitment progress and results to the Team Lead.
