Role / Department :   The Business Unit Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Banking & Markets (B&M) business. The role supports executive activities, governance forums, and client meetings, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business operations and the delivery of a positive experience for clients, partners, and employees.     The key responsibilities of the role include:   Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the UK-based Banking & Markets executive team.   Coordinate key governance and leadership forums, including Executive Leadership Meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), All Staff meetings, town halls, and leadership offsites.   Partner with other admin assistants to   align scheduling and ensure attendance of key stakeholders.   Organise and support in-person client meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, guest registration, catering, and onsite coordination. Act as host and chaperone for client visits, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.   Coordinate leadership visits, team events, and business engagement activities.   Liaise with internal partners including Security, Reception, and Catering to deliver meetings and events effectively.   Coordinate ad hoc information requests and the preparation of   internal and external   meeting materials .    Support onboarding activities for new joiners, including coordinating workspace, system access, induction meetings, and other administrative requirements.   Maintain distribution lists,   the Banking & Markets Hub , and other administrative processes supporting the Banking & Markets business.     Skills/Qualifications :       The successful candidate will benefit from having :   Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, office management, or business support role.   Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands.   Excellent diary management and meeting coordination skills, including scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.   Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver work accurately and efficiently.   Ability to build effective working relationships with senior leaders, colleagues, clients, and external partners.   Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.   Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently.   Experience coordinating meetings, events, and client engagements, including managing logistics and liaising with internal support teams.   Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.   Work Authorization Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application and for the duration of employment.
