Job Location MASON BUS AND INNOVATION CTR Job Description As the Native Sr. Manager of Innovation will you drive innovative digital strategies for our Initiative Diamond Management (IDM) team which is a core cross-functional engineering and management discipline at Procter & Gamble (P&G) focused on delivering end-to-end product innovation. ​In this role you will work and operates alongside other key P&G engineering and operational disciplines like Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain & Logistics.

Supports in executing strategies within the team or organization. Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas. Manages Stream 2- 4 initiatives with opportunities for growth in Stream 1 when ready. Nurtures strong collaborative relationships within the team. Job Qualifications Qualifications Ability to identify, define, and analyze straightforward problems. Capability to work under direct supervision and follow established guidelines and practices. Eagerness to develop basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements. Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements.
