In-house Lawyer & Compliance Officer

Job Description: - Identify and assess ethics & compliance risks. - Define and implement adequate internal policies and rules. - Monitor and control the implementation of such policies through internal controls and subsequent procedures within the Airbus Group Business Units and subsidiaries. - Develop and coordinate a ethics & compliance network. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive and extensive ethics & compliance programme (training, information…). - Support directly the Management in case of specific issues and/or cases of infringement. - Contribute to the Ethics & Compliance risk assessment into the Airbus Group Enterprise Risk Management System and define mitigation actions. - Take active part in the dialogue with international institutions and Industry leaders. - Provide permanent guidance and advise and support to employees. - Audit regularly the implementation of the internal policies. - legal support of the team This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
