Responsibilities Facilitate the successful design and end-to-end delivery, from concept to deployment, of Artificial Intelligence- (AI-) driven content creation tools. Design user-friendly, visually compelling digital interfaces and interaction frameworks and guidelines that lower entry barriers for users, creating a seamless and intuitive user experience (UX). Research and analyze product performance metrics and user behavior data to uncover insights and translate findings into user-centered design solutions. Produce high-fidelity user interface (UI) design specifications, interaction models, and design documentation that enable accurate implementation of AI creation features. Develop and test prototypes, refining experiences based on user feedback and data to optimize functionality, engagement, and usability. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, researchers, engineers, and UX writers to align UI design strategy with system capabilities for the smooth execution of AI-powered creation features. Mentor junior-level UI/UX designers.
