The Opportunity
This position works out of our Egypt location in the Established Pharmaceuticals division. What You’ll Work On Office & Administrative Management Oversee daily office operations to maintain an efficient and productive workplace. Lead and develop the administrative team, aligning priorities, objectives, and performance. Coordinate company events, meetings, training sessions & employee engagement activities. Maintain accurate business records, organizational data and related documentation. Ensure effective record management and compliance with company policies. Executive & Leadership Support Provide administrative and operational support to the Africa Head, Egypt Country Manager, and Leadership Team. Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and business logistics. Coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda, minutes, and follow-up actions. Serve as a key liaison between leadership, employees, and external stakeholders. Procurement & Vendor Management Manage procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Partner with Regional Procurement on supplier selection, negotiations, and vendor performance management. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers. Support contract administration, renewals, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely invoice processing and payment resolution. Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives. Fleet Management Manage the company vehicle fleet, including procurement, insurance, maintenance. Ensure compliance with company vehicle policies and eligibility requirements. Coordinate vehicle replacements, maintenance schedules, and repair activities. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, dealerships, leasing companies, and insurance providers. Monitor fleet costs and identify opportunities to improve utilization and reduce expenses. Ensure employee safety by maintaining vehicles in good condition and complying with safety standards. Compliance & Continuous Improvement Ensure adherence to Abbott's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Maintain effective controls, governance, and operational compliance across procurement, fleet, and administrative processes. Support digital transformation initiatives and drive continuous process improvement projects. Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Office Management, Administration, Fleet Management and/or Procurement Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and administrative operations. Experience supporting senior leadership teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or multinational environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
