Why You Should Join Our Team: - High-Performing, Safety Driven Culture - Competitive Compensation & Benefits Package - Pay Range: $27.07/hr. to $37.00/hr. with opportunities for advancement - Additional $3.00 per hour Maintenance Weekend Premium on Saturdays & Sundays - Annual Bonus Payout - 401K match + additional contribution from the Company - Full medical, dental, vision benefits including annual employer contributions to HSA - Tuition reimbursement, on-the-job training & continued growth opportunities Key Functions: - Performs work safely and follows all Company safety policies and procedures. - Performs highly skilled mechanical maintenance tasks on heavy equipment and machinery used in lumber manufacturing. - Troubleshoots, repairs, installs, and maintains machinery and equipment, including motors, conveyors, and Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems. - Installs bearings, couplings, belts, sprockets, drive chains, etc. - Identifies cause of machine failure(s) during downtime events and restores the equipment to effective operating condition. - Welds, lubricates and cleans parts, performs housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned.
