POSITION
OVERVIEW Manager of Omnichannel & Promotional Marketing is a critical role responsible for ensuring seamless and effective vision, strategy and delivery of digital tools that support the physical salon, artist and guest experience. This role is responsible for supporting the global vision and strategy, while also delivering upon the execution for North America. Support key initiatives within a salon omni-channel journey, delivering incremental artist and guest satisfaction, incremental salon visits, improved salon efficiencies and guest retention and advocacy. Cultivate and maintain strong network of partners & vendors, as well as support new digital initiatives that transform ways of working and business impact, ensuring rapid adoption and optimal execution of all tools, technologies, best practices, enhancements and more to build our brand equity and fuel profitable growth throughout our ecosystem. Example of tools include hair & scalp check technologies for stores & salons, salon appointment booking experiences, marketing libraries for salons and sales teams, salon e-commerce support, etc. Be the marketing liason for key digital partners within the organization, such as with Aveda’s e-commerce businesses and networks, as well as support the overall omnichannel promotional strategy and calendar. DESCRIPTION Digital Commercial Marketing lead for Aveda’s First Party and 3 Party Digital Networks Support marketing needs for key retailer and partner milestones – assortment alignment, promotional calendars and execution,, retailer presentations Salon Digital Program & Communications Lead Partner with internal and external vendor network to oversee execution and delivery of key brand services and experiences that support the overall salon network, including but not limted to core digital tools such marketing library design and functionality, salon ordering tools and communication touchpoints, and value-added ‘A-Commerce’ offerings for salons Partner with regional brand leads to determine scope of programs that are applicable to international markets vs North America Omni Channel Promotional & Key Shopping Moments Calendar Support the execution of promotional marketing calendar across all channels, leading content development, creative briefing and asset execution for the salon network. Partner with Lifestyle Marketing teams to define the key shopping moments across the globe and within key markets Digital Renovation Project Lead Support Marketing VP and leadership team to define, roll out and execute digital renovation priorities for Aveda that transform the ways of working, creating greater transparency, insights, segmentation and communication that allow for more powerful outcomes and team efficiencies. Vendor & Budget Oversight Ensure timely contracts, invoices and PO’s are executed to support vendor payments and terms.
