Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to execute the process and drive the performance of the team on the key metrices of the process.    ͏

1. Excellent knowledge in Sales (B2B) and Telecom products 2. Leading by Example and ability to handle stressful situations 3. Ability to work & communicate with people across organizational units. Service oriented and customer focused 4. To manage the incoming work volumes for all associated task of the role to ensure performance targets achieved 5. Ability to lead people on multi-functional efforts, Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately, Decision making skills 6. Expected to work closely with other Team Leaders on production floors for implementation of uniform compliance and delivery practices

6:30 PM - 4:00 AM IST (although the candidate has to be flexible for 24x7 work environment) Under-Graduate 48 months & above BPO (Telecom B2B Sales preferred)

Good to have Hiring Skills

1. Microsoft applications, especially Excel and power point 2. Knowledge of Client and end user requirement 3. Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
