Reporting to the Head of Partner Ecosystem & Programs for Asia Pacific Japan Middle East & Africa (APJ+MEA) , this role is responsible for building & leading the team that owns the development, engagement, contribution and success of the Partner Ecosystem across Asia Pacific.

We are seeking a leader that has the capacity to grow the team along with the year over year business growth in 4 key segments: Distributors & Resellers, System Integrators, ISVs & Cloud Service Providers.

• Leading a team and driving operational excellence;

• Accountability for managing & reporting the progress to plan throughout the year.

• Applying a data driven approach to business planning & reporting

• Engaging all stakeholders internally & externally to realize the business plan.
