Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor - Civil with over 10 years of expertise in managing cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for Annex Building projects within Airport Infrastructure across pan india. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of civil works, construction methodologies, and airport-specific requirements, regulations, and standards. This role demands technical proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to deliver cost-efficient solutions in complex airport environments.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works, including foundations, structural elements, pavements, and earthworks for annex buildings. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and constraints. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and contracts to determine accurate cost projections specific to airport infrastructure. Prepare and maintain comprehensive BOQs for civil works in airport annex building projects. Ensure accuracy and completeness of BOQs based on project requirements and design documents. Update BOQs to reflect design changes, variations, and scope adjustments. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluate contractor bids for civil works in airport projects. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective procurement of materials and services. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual obligations specific to airport standards. Manage contracts for civil works, including preparation, review, and administration.
