Receive and identify different types of invoices and the various process workflows. Verify invoice data fields, including invoice number, purchase order number, vendor details, and coding information. Register invoices in the workflow system, rejecting supplier invoices with incomplete or inaccurate information. Establish controls to verify invoices entered into the ERP system. Implement quality control measures for invoice processing, helpdesk activities, and supplier master data management. Monitor and report quality control performance metrics to the client. Maintain error logs, implement controls, and recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with internal policies and established guidelines in daily operational activities. Perform internal reviews to ensure that all invoices/documents are properly recorded in accordance with the SLA agreed upon with the client. Provide support during period-end closing activities.
