Job Description

As our SAP Analyst you will support and optimize warehouse operations through SAP ERP, SAP EWM, and the CCAWS Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS). Additionally you will serve as the primary liaison between Distribution Operations, Information Technology, Automation Controls, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless system performance and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities and Job Duties Support SAP ERP warehouse transactions and inventory processes. Monitor and troubleshoot SAP EWM inbound, outbound, replenishment, and RF activities. Support CCAWS ASRS operations, mission management, inventory synchronization, and system integration. Monitor interfaces, IDocs, queues, middleware, and transaction failures. Perform root cause analysis and lead issue resolution efforts. Support testing, upgrades, user training, and process improvements. Education and Qualifications 3+ years supporting SAP ERP and/or SAP EWM. Experience in distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing operations. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors. Preferred Technical and Functional Skills 2 years SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, RF Framework experience. Experience supporting ASRS or warehouse automation environments. Knowledge of CCAWS Familiarity with IDocs SAP EWM certification preferred.
