The individual will report into the DTAI TSC Leader to build a data-led, policy-driven, and governance-anchored workforce engine. This leader will define how decisions are made, measured, and governed across supply-demand matching, internal mobility, and workforce planning.

Purpose   To institutionalize data, insights, policies, and Initiatives that enable a transparent, agile and predictive Talent Supply Chain while improving business outcomes talent experience and cost efficiency.
