What you’ll do: The focus of this role is to provide proactive, high-level administrative and operational support to the EMEA Services General Manager, enabling focus on strategic priorities and business growth across the region. The role serves as a key coordination point between the General Manager, regional leadership teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring effective communication, execution of priorities, and seamless business operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive executive support to the EMEA Services General Manager, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense administration. • Act as a trusted liaison between the General Manager and EMEA regional leaders, ensuring timely communication, alignment on priorities, and follow-up on key actions and deliverables. • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, business updates, dashboards, and leadership meeting materials with a strong understanding of business objectives and priorities. • Coordinate and support logistics for leadership team meetings, customer reviews, business reviews, offsite events, town halls, and other regional forums. • Manage meeting agendas, document action items, monitor progress, and ensure follow-through on commitments across the organization. • Support project tracking and governance of key strategic initiatives, facilitating collaboration across functions, countries, and leadership teams. • Handle confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion. • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency within the leadership team. • Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives as assigned by the General Manager. Qualifications: BA in Business Administration or equivalent preferred 5+ years of experience in a similar role in an international corporate environment required Skills: • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. • Experience preparing executive presentations and management reports. • Familiarity with project tracking tools and collaboration platforms. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems. • High level of professionalism, discretion, and business judgment. • Strong attention to detail and execution excellence. • Ability to build effective working relationships across diverse cultures and business functions. • Demonstrated ownership mindset and commitment to
