Will you join us in redefining the limits of what is possible? ✈️🚁🚀 As an MRO´s Intern ] you will support preventive and corrective helicopter maintenance activities to gain hands-on experience in the aviation sector, contributing to the workshop workflow under the strict supervision of certified personnel while ensuring the learning of safety standards and technical quality. Key responsibilities: • Assist Lead Technicians with assigned maintenance tasks (components, subcomponents, and systems) to understand the application of Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives. • Consult and study technical documentation and manufacturer manuals during assigned tasks to become familiar with aviation safety and quality standards. • Support the identification and preparation of required parts and tools for daily work orders. • Observe and learn standard techniques (torqueing, safety wiring, repairs) under the direct guidance of the responsible technician. • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas, ensuring strict compliance with the 5S program. • Assist with inventory checks and status verification of standard tools and ground support equipment (GSE), reporting any anomalies. • Become familiar with recording information in aircraft documentation (logbooks or internal forms) under supervisor validation. • Participate in training sessions and operational safety briefings provided by the company. • Immediately report any unsafe condition or hazard identified in the hangar to promote a proactive safety culture.
Requirements
No prior work experience required; internship or professional practice position aimed at students in their final academic terms. Active student in final semesters of a Technical Degree or Engineering Degree (Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or related field). Technical English reading comprehension (ability to read and interpret technical manuals and aviation documentation). Theoretical knowledge of aircraft engines, mechanical systems, or aeronautical structures. • Proficiency in Google Workspace / Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides). • Basic understanding of safety standards and technical documentation in aviation is a plus. Strong learning agility and eager adaptability to technical environments. • High frustration tolerance and resilience when facing complex tasks. • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. • Effective written and verbal communication.
