Join Us and Make an Impact. The role of the Facilitiy Coordinator provides logistical and co-ordination to Customers and the Facilities Management team across multiple sites. You will assist with the day-to-day operation of the site, in a way that achieves excellent customer satisfaction, is contractually compliant and that avoids penalties and abatements.
Key Responsibilities
Contractor management is critical Coordinate plan and reactive maintenance works Support the day-to-day operation of facilities services across the sites, ensuring a high standard of customer service and workplace experience Manage purchase orders, invoicing, goods receipt, accruals, and contractor payment processes Support risk assessments, permit-to-work processes, contractor inductions, safety observations, and incident investigations
Key Experience & Capabilities
Tertiary or post trade qualifications in business, facility management or a related discipline or demonstrate equivalent level of experience (preferred) At least 2 years work related experience General building maintenance and/or trade knowledge Facility Management experience and high-profile buildings (preferred) Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information Sub-contractor management and Staff co-ordination Financial reporting for maintenance Undertaken hazard and risk assessments Ability to drive and holds a valid driver’s license Ability to get security clearance Good communication - both verbal and written Self-motivated, knows how to prioritise and the ability to work independently without supervision
