Partner with the best As Planner for the Florence Service Shop, you will be managing the planning and material for the repairing activities . This role implies to ensure Customer satisfaction coordinating production schedules, prioritization of resources, managing lead times and optimizing material availability for efficient operations . In this role you will be responsible for: Planning and scheduling order deliveries such that inventory costs are minimized while maintaining customer commitments Translating order book into production plans, coordinating & monitoring activities managed in farm-in & farm-out Working with Regional team to convert demand plan into physical orders, working on regional & global forecast to prioritize delivery dates as needed (pull-ins/ push-outs ) Understanding business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast Assisting & guiding operations so to follow production plan and KPIs goals Spread Lean approach and methodology to eliminate waste and increase efficiency Syncing material flow with production milestones. Improving quality and increase productivity Utilizing MRP system & business tools for timely updates Building cross-functional relationships and address production roadblocks Preparing and update production schedules and purchasing needs Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs Ensuring t imely and effective resolution of all C ustomer issues Fostering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the Team Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor's Degree on STEM Disciplines from an accredited college or university Strong experience in Global Supply Chain or S ervice Operation Be able to plan and execute multiple tasks in a high-paced, changing environment, having the ability to work with and influence stakeholders Strong leadership soft skills to influence and drive the team to execute and deliver according to our HSE/Quality standards and Customer requirements Fluent written and spoken Italian and English Proven capabi lity to work cross-functionally Experience in order management, inventory optimization, asset utilization Knowledge of Oracle and MRP functionality Knowledge of the principles of Lean manufacturing APICS Certification Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
