This is an onsite entry level role located in McKinney, TX What You Will Do: As a Reliability, Maintainability & Testability Engineer , your responsibilities will include the following: Collaborate with program and factory personnel to track anomaly metrics, identify failure trends, perform Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations to drive measurable yield improvement and accelerate throughput Collaborate with hardware and software design team to develop a modular, cost-effective maintenance strategy for fielded products. Support development of Built-In test (BIT) by developing requirements, driving hardware design feature selection, modeling failure modes and associated fault coverage, supporting software integration, and demonstrating effective capability Qualifications You Must Have: 0+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date Experience conducting Root Cause and Corrective Action RCCA) investigations or equivalent structured engineering problem solving approach in professional or educational setting Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

We Prefer: Preferred majors – Electrical or Computer Engineering Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
