We are looking for a QE Manager who will be responsible for leading, supporting and guiding a team of quality engineers within portfolio/ Journey for a particular line of business or a project or a group of multiple projects or features to realize defined business and portfolio goals.

Responsibilities You will be partnering with the Journey Solution Train Engineers (SLTE), Release Train Engineers (RTE), and Product Owners to provide a broad range of test services and strategies, ensuring standards are met and objectives are achieved. Drive E2E testing on Journey/ Program/ Project originating features to ensure product groups deliver with high quality. Drive high-quality delivery practices, delivering with speed and accuracy, develop quality engineering capabilities to build high-quality software, drive high-quality requirements and acceptance agreement, ensure environment stability and availability, Mitigate risks to TD systems & TD brand. Work with partners, to ensure quality is built in. Coaches QE practitioners across Platform teams. Manage large QE Program/Projects supporting multiple technologies and platforms across multiple line of business and solutions. Guide Test strategies/test Plans for parallel initiatives running in TD -Scaled Agile framework. Provide subject matter expertise considering overall quality / performance, user experience, and future bug prevention. Hands on experience implementing effective test strategies and providing guidance to delivery teams in using tools / setting up environments that support on-going quality and traceability Experienced professional role with in-depth knowledge / expertise in testing planning, design, automation and execution Lead the creation of a comprehensive end-to-end detailed solution with overall accountability of feature delivery.
