Job Description
Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist Company: Electro Static Technology, an ITW Company Location: Mechanic Falls, Maine Job Summary: The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for ensuring the organization always has access to the products we need, while also considering accurate records, cost controls, waste reduction and supply chain efficiency. This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitors and helps maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stock outs Performs regular inventory audits including cycle counts Generate, adjust, and expedite purchase orders Responsible for daily collection of inventory Kanban cards, continuous assessment of 1st bin/2nd bin supply levels through reviewing recent inventory transactions and demands Serves as a key team member in Annual Physical Inventory prep, execution and research. Along with responsibility to perform daily cycle counts & discrepancy research with efforts to investigate and mitigate for future accuracy Manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers of goods/services. Keep Sales, Customer Service and Production teams updated on order status Collaborates with SCM, Sales, Industrial Float & EV Kitting to maintain appropriate inventory levels consistent with production requirements and targeted inventory Research and report out on inventory discrepancies Monitors materials being issued to jobs and reviews for accuracy Addresses and resolves shipment and inventory issues Assists with Epicor material transactions Supports preparing and maintaining detailed reports for management and sales team Leads efforts to consolidate, centralize and organize inventory and supplies within the organization Ensures compliance with inventory processes and procedures All other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred but not required. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures. Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP) Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Competencies: Excellent organizational and planning skills Working knowledge of 5S preferred but not required Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment. Must be dependable, maintain a good attendance record and have a positive mindset.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
