About the Role
CoStar Group is seeking a Corporate Marketing Associate to support the execution of corporate marketing initiatives, brand storytelling, and communications programs across the company. This role combines content creation, project coordination, website management, multimedia collaboration, and branded merchandise program oversight. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and highly organized marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering polished content and experiences that strengthen CoStar Group's brand.
Role
Overview: Arlington, VA | In-office, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities Develop content for corporate initiatives, recruitment campaigns, presentations, and targeted communications. Partner with the video production team on messaging, asset collection, and final deliverables that align with brand standards. Update and maintain content across CoStar Group's corporate website. Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate the company's story and strategic initiatives. Manage the company's branded merchandise program, including vendor relationships, product selection, ordering, inventory, and budget tracking. Oversee daily operations of employee and company stores. Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Investor Relations, Internal Communications, Design, Product, and Sales teams. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality, organization, and execution. Identify creative solutions and opportunities to enhance internal and external marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit college or university. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, corporate branding, or related fields. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting video production projects and multimedia content development. Working knowledge of HTML and website content management systems. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Experience leveraging AI tools for content development and marketing execution.
