Position Purpose: A key executive role responsible for leading and managing billing and enrollment processes across multiple regions. this position ensures operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations, which driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence. Develop and implement strategic plans for enrollment and billing operations, aligning with the company's overall goals. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. Manage departmental budgets, analyze financial data, and collaborate with finance for accurate billing. Implement and maintain policies to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits, and resolve compliance issues. Maintain elevated levels of customer satisfaction and strong stakeholder relationships. Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enrollment, billing, and revenue. Contribute to long-term strategic plans, identify growth opportunities, and stay informed on industry trends. Ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollment applications, billing statements, and claims. Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement and accountability. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and member satisfaction. Oversee all aspects of enrollment and billing operations, including member enrollment, policy administration, claim processing, and revenue cycle management. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree in a related field preferred. 10+ years 10+ years of healthcare operations experience required. Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance required. Extensive experience in health insurance enrollment and billing operations required. Experience with healthcare billing systems and revenue cycle management preferred. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
