Insurance Administration Support Aon is looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and eager to develop their career in insurance. Previous experience in general insurance is desirable but not essential. In this role, you will provide support to a team of Client Executives and Client Managers across a range of diverse client portfolios. You will gain valuable exposure to the insurance industry while developing your technical knowledge, relationship management skills, and understanding of client needs. What the day will look like Provide administrative and operational support to Client Executives, Client Managers, and Senior Brokers in servicing a diverse portfolio of clients. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by responding to enquiries and providing exceptional service via phone, email, virtual meetings and virtual or face-to-face interactions. Participate in the end-to-end insurance renewal process, including pre-renewal planning, preparation of renewal documentation, quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and renewal reports. Prepare premium calculations and invoice instructions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, will providing clear invoicing instructions to support the timely and accurate processing of client invoices within agreed service standards. Assist with the coordination and management of new business opportunities, client tenders, and insurer submissions. Attend client meetings to gain exposure to insurance broking and develop a strong understanding of client needs, risks, and business objectives. Collaborate with underwriters, insurers, and internal teams to obtain information, and ensure seamless service delivery. Develop an understanding of insurance products, industry trends, and risk management solutions through ongoing learning and practical experience. Maintain accurate client records and documentation while ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiencies, and contribute to team success. Manage stakeholder relationships with Client Managers, Client Executives, Senior Brokers, Underwriters, and other business partners. Support the delivery of tailored insurance solutions that meet clients' changing business needs.
