Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months. If applicant has been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months. Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for the last 36 months. Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days. Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods. Company: Cobb Position Summary : Attends to and cares for hens by insuring the flock has adequate feed, water, and ventilation. Collects and inspects eggs to ascertain quality and fitness for incubation by performing the below duties.  Other duties may be assigned.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Collects eggs from egg table, pick up eggs from floor, and record number of eggs laid (35%) Collects and handles eggs by observing/grades/cleans and records egg numbers distributes or disposes according to Cobb standard (15%) Weighs feed, handles birds and weighs birds according to schedules  (10%) Changes and cleans nest pads, dusts nests, cleans walls and ceilings, maintains egg room in a clean state and performs other routine housekeeping duties; add/change litter (10%) Records information
