Raytheon’s Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) organization within the Naval Power, Naval Air Missiles(NAM) Sub-Strategic Business Unit is seeking an Director, Supply Chain Material Program Manager. This role will support the Tomahawk Program, leading a team and managing a dynamic and complex organization. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies, proposals, and program execution within the portfolio, with a significant focus on affordability and execution readiness.
What You Will Do
Work closely with Program Management, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Procurement to ensure successful supplier management and execution in supporting program needs and requirements Long range planning, AOP responsibility and generation, Quarterly EAC review’s, and Risk & Opportunity Management Accountable for Supply Chain cost, schedule, and quality Manage Material Program Managers (MPMs) Leads for the program Oversee Supply Chain proposal activities including task descriptions and Basis of Estimates (BOEs) Interface with customers to ensure satisfactory standards of service. Coordinate and develop Supply Chain requirements for all gate reviews and execute proposed strategies. Maintain overall ownership of the Supplier Management process. Implement and drive process improvements for a healthy value chain in development and production programs. Present Supply Chain activities, plans, tasks, and program-level information to internal and US Government customers. Lead collaborative teams for tactical and strategic discussions to drive results and overcome barriers. Develop and execute competitive bids and proposals through collaboration with multiple teams.
Qualifications
You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years experience Experience leading personnel and teams in matrixed organizations as a collaborative leader that shares program information and requirements to enable success. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Qualifications We Prefer: Material Sales forecasting and execution experience Experience leading teams in cost reduction/process improvement initiatives.
