In EMEA, marketing is a growth engine, and our field marketing teams play a central role in turning strategy into pipeline through performance-led execution. For this role, you will help drive localized marketing impact across Germany & CEE for our HVAC-R portfolio, including offerings such as York and Sabroe, while partnering closely with sales, partners, global campaign teams, and the wider EMEA marketing organization.
Role
Overview As Field Marketing Manager, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will plan and deliver local demand generation programs, localize global campaigns for market relevance, support sales enablement, and lead events and campaigns that contribute directly to pipeline growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is motivated by measurable business outcomes.
What you will do
Plan, localize, and execute multi-channel demand generation programs that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline conversion. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of local events, from smaller customer engagements to larger strategic events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences. Build and manage campaign calendars in close alignment with sales leaders and business priorities. Own campaign execution from planning through performance analysis, ensuring activities are tied to measurable outcomes. Monitor, analyze, and optimize the marketing funnel, tracking MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution. Collaborate with global marketing squads to localize and land strategic campaigns across Germany & CEE with strong market relevance. Provide feedback and insight to global and regional stakeholders on customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity. Partner with sales teams to support enablement and event execution, delivering content and tools tailored to local buying behaviors and customer needs. Work closely with the Head of Field Marketing to implement strategic initiatives and adapt them for local market success. How You Will Do It Own your programs end to end, with clear accountability for planning, execution, timelines, and results. Stay close to sales, partners, and customers so you focus on the work that matters most and remove obstacles quickly. Use dashboards, funnel data, and campaign insights to test, learn, and improve performance every day. Work as one team across local and global stakeholders, sharing insights openly and building trust through collaboration. Lead with integrity in how you manage priorities, commitments, and communication, ensuring execution is both effective and dependable. What we look for Required 6+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an industrial or related B2B environment. Hands-on experience with digital marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation tactics. Strong understanding of sales funnels, campaign metrics, and marketing automation tools. Proven event planning and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate events of varying size and complexity. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across sales, product, and global marketing teams. A performance mindset and a practical, action-oriented approach to execution. Fluent in German and English. Based in Germany and able to work in-office at least 3 days per week. Preferred Experience supporting HVAC-R, industrial technology, smart infrastructure, or other complex B2B portfolios. French language skills.
