Contribute to the successful delivery of rail systems design, integration, assurance and engineering activities across major rail programmes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors and stakeholders to develop and deliver integrated rail systems solutions. Support the development, coordination and verification of systems engineering requirements throughout project lifecycles. Apply systems thinking to solve complex technical and operational challenges. Contribute to safety, reliability, performance and operational readiness objectives. Participate in systems integration, interface management and assurance activities. Support the development of innovative, sustainable and efficient engineering solutions. Share technical knowledge and contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and professional development. Build trusted relationships with clients and project partners while supporting successful project outcomes. Help deliver infrastructure that improves connectivity, enhances passenger experience and creates long-term value for communities.

Qualifications & Experience We welcome applications from professionals at all career stages, including graduates, engineers, senior engineers, principal engineers and technical specialists.

Due to the nature of some of the projects we deliver, successful candidates may be required to obtain and maintain BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance . Support will be provided throughout the process where applicable.
