Technical Program Manager III, Cost and Pricing Analytics, Cloud Networking

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Partner with finance to ensure network design are fair, efficient, and ensure cost recovery. Lead innovation and execution of mission-critical pricing projects by understanding customer requirements around pricing stability and transparency. Lead the design and execution of NPI pricing evolutions with a progressive product suite pricing strategy. Drive alignment amongst software engineering, network engineering, planning, deployment, data scientists and partner organizations spanning technical infrastructure. Provide oversight of delivery across the complete portfolio of networking pricing initiatives.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management. Experience with SQL, cost analysis, financial modeling, and projections. Experience with physical network infrastructure and networking technologies. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience driving continuous process improvement, workflow automation, or building and adopting AI-assisted tooling to eliminate manual tasks. Coding proficiency in Go. Ability to identify, breakdown, and solve ambiguous and complex process and technical problems that span across many teams and organizations.
