In this role, you will: Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years Leadership experience Job Expectations: Manage and develop Business Execution teams for multiple CBL Branch Channel Management function and Safe Deposit Product Engage and influence key stakeholders and business partners associated with CBL Branch Channel Management function and Safe Deposit Product Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation Ensure quality and efficiency as well as compliance with government regulations and company policies Determine appropriate strategy and actions of this team to meet complex stakeholder inquiries and issues resolution deliverables Interpret and develop center level policies and procedures for this function with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility Collaborate with and influence more experienced management, key stakeholders, internal partners, and all levels of professionals Interact directly with multiple teams across various sites Manage allocation of people and financial resources for this team Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy Posting End Date: 25 Sep 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
