Citi's Global Functions business division is looking for driven Associates to join the Corporate Finance team in the US. Our Financial Management Associate (FMA) rotational program is designed to accelerate your career by giving you exposure to numerous roles across Corporate Finance, helping you discover your best-fit path at Citi. The FMA Program is a global leadership development program for Masters and MBA graduates, built to create a pipeline of future Corporate Finance leaders across disciplines including Controllers, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, and business-aligned Chief Finance Offices. This 24-month program is structured around three 8-month rotations, giving you deep, meaningful exposure while working closely with senior managers to build real leadership capability. Rotations will be dependent on business needs and program availability. Upon successful completion, FMAs may be considered for opportunities within Citi Finance. You'll kick things off with an energizing “Welcome Week” and comprehensive global training program starting in July. This is an opportunity to network with Citi's finance leadership and fellow FMAs — followed by an intensive curriculum covering accounting, modeling, technical and soft skills (presentation, communication, leadership), plus deep-dives into Citi's major businesses and Corporate Finance disciplines. From there, you'll roll straight into your first of three 8-month rotations, building both breadth and depth across Corporate Finance. We want to hear from you if... You are currently pursuing an MBA or Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Strategy, Finance, Economics, or other related fields You're excited about building a career in Corporate Finance You bring at least 3 years of significant, related full-time professional work experience You're graduating between December 2026 – June 2027 You won't require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or at time of hire Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM, or multilingual capabilities are considered a plus, but are not required Who we think will be a great fit...
