Effectively managing a team of Training Developers and/or Senior Training Developers. Efficiently delegating tasks within the team to leverage existing skills and developing future talent. Serve as the accountable owner for all work produced within the respective area of expertise, ensuring it meets the agreed standards, objectives, and expectations. Driving continuous improvement and change initiatives within the respective skillset to ensure our processes and products remain of the highest quality and up to date with latest initiatives and advances in technology. Working closely with the rest of the Principal Training Developers to ensure alignment across quality, output and future direction. Coaching & mentoring training developers and aligning development opportunities where possible to help raise skills and competencies. Actively focused on promoting innovation and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in support of team Goals. Produce interactive learning material for our customer’s training courses in accordance with CMDC production process, Development Manual and Style Guides.  Creation of technology-led training, exploiting effective asset management and workflows.
