Job Function: Career Programs Job Sub Function: Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op Job Category: Career Program All Job Posting Locations: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines Job Description: The Corporate Business Technology (CBT) team in Asia Pacific is seeking a creative, curious, and forward-thinking University Intern to support ongoing digital, technology, and innovation projects across the region, from January to May 2027. This role is ideal for a student who loves solving problems, experimenting with new technologies (including AI), and contributing fresh ideas that help shape the future of how we work. You will work alongside experienced technology, product, and business professionals on meaningful initiatives that support Johnson & Johnson’s mission—while adhering to the values of the J&J Credo in every interaction and decision.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of ongoing CBT projects, including research, documentation, testing, and solution development. Support the design and enhancement of digital tools, dashboards, or platforms used across the APAC region. Explore opportunities for process improvement and automation using available technologies, including responsible use of AI tools. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute outside-the-box ideas to drive innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements, help map workflows, and support implementation tasks. Prepare presentations, reports, and materials that help communicate project progress and insights. Uphold the J&J Credo by demonstrating integrity, respect, and responsibility in all work activities. AI Knowledge and Experience While deep technical expertise is not required, the ideal intern is someone who: Has basic familiarity with AI concepts and is curious about how AI can enhance digital experiences. Is comfortable experimenting with generative AI tools (e.g., for summarization, ideation, documentation, prompt crafting). Can help with simple prompt creation and refinement to support productivity and workflow improvements. Shows awareness of ethical and responsible AI use, especially when working with sensitive information. Is eager to learn rapidly, adapt to new tools, and explore how AI can support real business challenges.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Design, or related field. Strong interest in technology, product development, business transformation, or innovation. Creative thinker with the ability to approach problems from multiple angles. Agile and adaptable, comfortable working in a dynamic project environment. Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and respectfully. Strong sense of accountability and commitment to high-quality work. Passionate about experimentation and continuous learning—balanced with professional responsibility and alignment to the J&J Credo.
