We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.     Skills and Competencies 3+ years of experience in Software Development and support role within the financial sector Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions using tools like FastMCP, LangChain interacting with Azure OpenAI API, various other LLMs. Experience with RAG based implementation is essential Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with strong proficiency in both front-end (React or Angular) and back-end (Django, FastAPI, Flask) frameworks. Ability to go through API documentation of any product and develop solutions using best practices Skilled in designing cloud-based solutions across Azure, with experience in containerization (Docker), DevOps pipelines using GithHub actions, and version control (Git) Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB) systems; experienced in auditing and resolving data quality issues Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication, and data masking; Familiarity with AI testing frameworks like LangSmith and Langfuse as well as code testing frameworks like Pytest is a plus.

University bachelor’s degree or equivalent Responsibilities Work on AI application and agent development, integrating Python backends with modern front-end frameworks, and deploying solutions on Azure Design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based chatbots and business domain-specific use cases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, contributing to both UI and backend development while translating UX/UI designs into functional interfaces Write secure, reusable code, enforce best practices, and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization.

The team partners closely with senior leaders, product teams, and key stakeholders across the enterprise to drive operational excellence while also advancing innovation, including the adoption and enablement of AI-driven capabilities.
