We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    Fire Safety Management: Ensure compliance with all fire safety regulations, NBC standards, and DLF fire safety protocols Conduct regular fire risk assessments and audits of the facility Maintain and update fire safety documentation, fire NOC, and regulatory permits Coordinate with local fire department and statutory authorities for inspections and compliance Fire Systems Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and testing of all fire safety systems including fire alarms, sprinklers, hydrants, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and fire pumps Ensure fire fighting equipment is operational and meets statutory requirements Maintain logs and records of all fire safety equipment inspections and maintenance activities Coordinate with vendors for AMC of fire safety systems Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain fire emergency evacuation plans and procedures Conduct regular fire drills and mock evacuation exercises as per DLF standards Train occupants and facility staff on fire safety procedures and use of fire fighting equipment Act as Fire Warden and coordinate emergency response during fire incidents Maintain emergency contact lists and coordinate with emergency services Training and Awareness: Conduct fire safety induction training for new employees and contractors Organize periodic fire safety awareness programs and training sessions Train and supervise Fire Marshals/Wardens across different floors/zones Prepare and distribute fire safety communications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Compliance and Reporting: Prepare monthly fire safety reports and present to management Ensure compliance with DLF fire safety standards and checklists Investigate fire incidents, near-misses, and prepare incident reports Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on audits and assessments Liaise with insurance agencies for fire safety inspections Operational Management: Monitor hot work permits and ensure fire watch during critical activities Conduct fire safety inspections of storage areas, pantries, electrical rooms, and high-risk zones Ensure clear access to fire exits, assembly points, and fire fighting equipment Review and approve contractor fire safety plans for renovation/maintenance work Location: On-site –Gurugram, HR Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
