Overview The Associate Talent Sourcer plays a critical role in supporting hiring across LATAM, with a strong focus on sales recruitment. This role is ideal for an early-career recruiting professional looking to grow into a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner. You will partner closely with hiring managers and the LATAM TA team to build high-quality pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and support employer branding initiatives. Leveraging modern sourcing tools, including AI-powered platforms, you will help connect top talent with meaningful career opportunities at Genesys. Key Responsibilities • Support full-cycle recruiting activities across LATAM, with emphasis on sourcing and pipeline development • Manage 2–3 requisitions per quarter, starting with 1–2 during onboarding • Build and nurture candidate pipelines across primarily sales roles (70–75%) and other functions • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage top talent • Utilize AI-powered sourcing tools (e.g., Findem) and LinkedIn to identify candidates • Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the LATAM TA team on hiring needs • Ensure job postings are inclusive, compelling, and aligned with Genesys’ employer brand • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media, content, and events (e.g., job fairs) • Maintain accurate candidate data and compliance within Workday ATS • Stay informed on LATAM talent market trends and competitive insights What You’ll Bring • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent coordination • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) • Experience screening resumes and engaging candidates • Interest in employer branding, social media, or recruitment marketing • Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and stakeholders • Familiarity with sourcing tools or AI recruiting platforms is a plus Work Model & Location • Based in Mexico City with a hybrid requirement (2 days per week in office) • Candidates located in or near Mexico City or Toluca are preferred Why Join Genesys • Opportunity to grow into a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner role • Exposure to regional LATAM hiring strategy and international collaboration • Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tools and AI sourcing technologies • Supportive, collaborative, and globally distributed team environment Additional Information • CV/Resume must be submitted in English Working at Genesys AI at enterprise scale  – Build, support and operate AI-powered technology used by more than 8,000 organizations worldwide. 150+ new AI features were released in the last fiscal year.
