We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Development Engineer to support the development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of ServiceNow and a strong desire to learn and grow. In this role, you will collaborate with senior team members to implement business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities: Assisting with the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using appropriate programming languages Participating in code reviews, providing feedback for continuous development process improvement Implementing testing protocols to identify bugs, enhance performance, and ensure application reliability Participating in agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to enhance team collaboration and project management Staying informed on emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions for software functionality Writing and editing technical documentation to support software design and application requirements Reviewing literature, patents, and current practices relevant to assigned projects to support the development of robust software functionality Working with Quality Assurance to ensure applications meet technical specifications and user needs Debugging software to enhance performance and user experience Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
