Hands-on Coding & Standards: Writing critical code and setting high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation through robust code reviews.

Mentorship & Growth: Coaching junior and mid-level developers, fostering their career growth, and cultivating a culture of continuous learning Stakeholder Communication: Translating complex technical concepts into clear business terms for product, design, and executive stakeholders.   Your skills and experience Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience in Full stack development Expert in Java, Spring Boot, REST API, ORACLE, PL/SQL Cloud Native Architecture and Design Patterns Experience in Big data processing – Apache Spark, Hadoop, MongoDB is plus. Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, OpenShift container platform Experience in message queues (RabbitMQ/IBM MQ, JMS) and Data streaming i.e. Kafka, Pub-sub etc Experience of working on public cloud – GCP preferred, AWS or Azure Knowledge of various distributed/multi-tiered architecture styles – Micro-services, Data mesh, Integration patterns etc Knowledge of SRE with Change Management, Incident Management and Production Operations Experience on designing solutions that can handle large-scale operation Focus on quality – experience with TDD, BDD, Stress and Contract Tests Proficient in working with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and understanding data formats like JSON, XML, YAML, Parquet etc Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.   Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
