Costar Group is seeking a Market Manager to join our growing research organization.   As a Market Manage r Field Leads , you will be leading a team of   Field Lead   Researchers who   are responsible for   investigating and profiling   new market opportunities   to help owners, brokers and real estate professionals   identify   market exposure   best suited for their buildings. CoStar Group’s research contributes to the most important segment of our economy, helping businesses open offices, stores, and warehouses and manufacturing facilities. Lead a team of   9   plus Associate Research Consultants dedicated to delivering comprehensive   real estate market opportunity   coverage of   accurate   and complete commercial real estate information to CoStar clients   Foster   a strong team   culture and dynamic and provide regular coaching to the development of the team   Ensure continuous delivery of   timely , comprehensive, and   accurate   information whilst providing CoStar clients with the highest standard of customer service   Conduct regular call evaluations,   training   and mentoring sessions with your team.
