About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources based out of our Forest Park, GA, facility, a leading manufacturer of refrigerated dough. This role is an operational HR leader responsible for driving human capital initiatives and aligning HR practices with business goals across multiple manufacturing locations. Serving as a key advisor to leadership, this position oversees HR functions, champions a high-performance culture through effective employee engagement, employee relations, and compliance strategies, and partners with site leadership teams to support workforce needs across the region. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Foster strong partnerships with operations and production teams to drive business results while ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations. Provide expert advice and coaching to department managers and front-line leadership on HR-related matters, including attendance management, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline. For represented sites; lead labor relations efforts, including contract interpretation, grievance resolution, and collaboration with union representatives to maintain a productive and respectful labor environment. Build and maintain effective relationships with employees to foster strong employee connections. Serve as a trusted resource, accessible to employees across all production shifts, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
