Achieve assigned business objectives by developing and executing a distribution growth plan for the assigned product Line,territories and vertical industry, in support of regional strategy. Provide leadership and management values to assigned Distributors. Drive growing sales through jointly sales and Mktg Plan in alignment to Keysight business objectives. Manage Keysight resources to provide the required channel support, drive/influence partners behavior to ensure a high level of performance end customer satisfaction. Manage distributor product line sell-in, sell-out and required level of inventory. Elevate partners’ technical expertise and conduct training sessions on product technologies and emerging applications.

Bachelor's or master’s degree in electronic engineering , at least 3 year’s working experience. H a ve related e x perience i n   u s ing t e st i n struments, product design, technical sales or business development in electronic industies.  Successful track record in achieving results.
