Work location : Tangier TFZ TRIM

Works closely with the Program Team to establish and set-up manufacturing planning& milestones Define the resources needed for the new project in coordination with cross functional team Ensure launch activities are within budgetary targets Organize, moderate and conduct the projects meeting internal/external Through coordination and liaison with the plant management team, responsible for all manufacturing, quality, technical, logistics and maintenance functions on site to support launch activities. Work with different cross functional groups to reach a common goal Manage risk factors for the project and take proactive countermeasures, draw up the necessary action plans with all functions and implement the required actions in a timely manner. Report progress of the project thru weekly launch standard Coordinates & supports materials management for all pre-builds and Launch, supporting materials team Establish and maintain effective customer working relationships in order to develop positive partnership in the continuous growth and development of the business. Experience Requirements

Engineering degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry; experience in Seating or knowledge of Trim/Cut & Sew components (fabrics, foam, plastics, leather) is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational and planning skills. Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with the ability to prepare presentations and communicate with customers and leadership.  Equal Opportunity Employer
