You’ll get to:  Manage finished goods replenishment planning and execute inventory strategies to achieve targeted inventory turns while maintaining high service levels. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address service level issues and improve overall fulfillment performance. Monitor planning performance, identify gaps, and drive on-time delivery through proactive risk mitigation and expediting actions as needed. Optimize inventory deployment across the U.S. distribution center network to support efficient product flow and availability. Evaluate capacity requirements to support new product introductions, sourcing transitions, and promotional initiatives. Utilize supply planning systems and tools to maintain accurate planning parameters, optimize safety stock, and align sourcing strategies with changing customer demand. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Order Management Team, Transportation, and Distribution Center teams to resolve supply and demand imbalances, delivery issues, and operational constraints. You also have: Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and best practices in supply planning and inventory management. Advanced proficiency in supply planning systems and data analytical skills (JDA, SAP, Excel, Power BI). Effective project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Proactive problem-solving with keen attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Chinese, with a proven track record of taking initiative in fast-paced environments. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain.
