The Project Manager – People Consulting is responsible for leading end-to-end people and HR consulting engagements, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams. The role requires strong consulting acumen, project leadership, and deep understanding of people, talent, and organization transformation initiatives. The Project Manager is expected to demonstrate advanced functional and delivery capabilities across people consulting domains: Proven expertise in People and HR Consulting, including: HR transformation and operating model design Organization design, workforce strategy, and job architecture Talent management (performance, learning, leadership, succession) Rewards and compensation strategy Change management and culture transformation Ability to lead complex, multi-workstream consulting engagements, including: Defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and governance Managing risks, dependencies, and interdependencies Ensuring client-ready outputs aligned to consulting quality standards Strong capability in data-driven diagnostics, including: Workforce analytics, surveys, and qualitative/quantitative research Converting insights into pragmatic recommendations Expertise in executive-level storytelling and
