Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Annex 24 Lead. Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. What you’ll do: Primary Function - Job Summary: The Annex 24 Lead is the designated subject-matter expert accountable for ensuring ongoing compliance with Annex 24 inventory control requirements at the site level. Essential Functions - Job Responsibilities: Execute site-level compliance with Annex 24 requirements, including accurate recording of customs operations, consumption, backflush and inventory transactions within the Annex 24 system. Maintain data integrity between Annex 24 and ERP systems, supporting required reconciliations and addressing discrepancies. Coordinate cross-functional inputs (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, Quality) to ensure changes impacting Annex 24 are properly reflected and documented. Prepare for and support internal and external audits, including responding to findings, implementing corrective actions, and tracking to closure. Participate in recurring governance forums (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to report compliance status, risks, action plans and lessons learned. Escalate support needed Qualifications: Specialized Knowledge - Qualifications: Education level required Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, international business or related Years of experience required 5 years of experience in an annex 24-related role. Background into an IMMEX organization is a must. Technical knowledge Oracle, annex 24 platform English level Intermediate (preferable) Skills: Leadership skills Functional Competencies: Knowledge in logistics and Annex 24 All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
